By booking or using the services of Queen Beauty Parlour, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Offered
We provide a wide range of beauty, grooming, and event services including but not limited to:
Bridal & Groom Makeup
Mehndi Art, Nail Extensions, Hair Styling, Skincare, and Facials
Jewelry and Dress Rentals
Professional Photography Services
Event Styling and Management (birthdays, anniversaries, parties, etc.)
Services are subject to availability, prior booking, and specific client requirements.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Advance booking is highly recommended for premium services and event packages.
Walk-in clients are welcome, but service is not guaranteed during peak hours.
Bridal, event, and group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability.
3. Payments & Refunds
All services must be paid in full at the time of delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Advance booking fees are non-refundable.
Event packages and bridal services require partial advance payments, which are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur charges or forfeiture of booking deposits.
Rescheduling is subject to stylist and service availability.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin/hair sensitivities before treatments.
Queen Beauty Parlour is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions or product sensitivities.
For event services, clients must confirm venue details, timings, and other requirements in writing.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we maintain high hygiene standards and use premium products, Queen Beauty Parlour cannot guarantee zero reactions, as results vary by individual.
We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of products after services are rendered.
Event-related services (jewelry, dresses, décor) are subject to availability and client handling.
7. Photography & Media
With your consent, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
All media created by Queen Beauty Parlour remains our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.
8. Event Services
Event bookings (birthday parties, anniversaries, private events) require advance confirmation and signed agreements.
Additional costs for travel, décor, or add-on services will be discussed beforehand.
9. Intellectual Property
Our brand name, logo, and promotional content are the property of Queen Beauty Parlour.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or misuse our promotional materials without permission.
10. Policy Updates
Queen Beauty Parlour reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be available at our salons and online platforms.
